About Frank Zelinski

Frank M Zelinski has been in business since 1960 and has provided remodeling, waterproofing, radon mitigation, mold remediation, painting services, and the national distributor for two basement ventilation companies. This has provided Frank with a good understanding of buildings and homes on Cape Cod.

Frank is certified as a Mold Inspector, IAQ oxidation specialist, Mold Remediator, and Mold Assessor. He is also a member of NORMI, the National Organization of Remediators and Inspectors. With NORMI, he has been approved as an instructor in New York state to instruct mold assessors, remediators, and mold workers in New York state to qualify for licensing in that state.

Presently, our business has actively improved air quality and odor control in municipal buildings, large office buildings, retail stores, and residences.
